ARTICHOKE FRITATTA | |
2 (6 oz.) jars marinated artichokes, drained and chopped fine 1/2 lb. grated sharp Cheddar cheese 3 sm. green onions, chopped fine 6 single soda crackers 4 eggs Dash or more Tabasco Salt and pepper Whip eggs with spiral beater until foamy. Add other ingredients, one at a time, whipping with a fork after each one. Pour into 8 x 8 inch Pyrex dish that has been sprayed with Pam and bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Can be served hot or cold. It also freezes well. |
