3 c. raw unsalted Spanish peanuts
1 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. water
Red food coloring

Cook together in 2 quart saucepan, add few drops for pink and more for red peanuts. Cook 15-20 minutes or until sugar crystalizes. Spread quickly on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake in preheated 300 degree oven for 30 minutes. Easy candy and it tastes like Brach's.
