ZUCCHINI BREAD 
3 eggs
1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
2 c. peeled and grated zucchini squash
3/4 tsp. nutmeg
3 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour (self-rising)
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. raisins
2 tsp. cinnamon

Mix together. Bake at 325 degrees for 60 minutes in greased and floured loaf pan. Makes 2 loaves.
