17 MINUTES SCALLOPED TUNA 
1 can condensed cream of celery soup
1 (8 oz.) pkg. frozen mushrooms
1 sm. onion, minced
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 c. milk
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 sm. pkg. potato chips, crushed
2 cans tuna, drained and flaked

Mix soup, undrained mushrooms, onion, parsley, milk, and lemon juice. In 2 quart greased casserole, layer 1 cup crushed chips, 1/2 cup tuna, 1/2 of soup mixture. Repeat layers and top with potato chips.

Microwave at high 17 minutes, rotating dish 1/2 turn after 8 minutes, until bubbly.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
