COKE SALAD 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. black cherry or cherry Jello
1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 (12 oz.) Coke Classic
9x13 inch glass dish

Dissolve Jello in 2 cups boiling water. Add cherry pie filling, slightly drained pineapple, and Coke. (Save a sip for cook). Refrigerate overnight or until set.

TOPPING:

1/2 pt. whipping cream
8 oz. cream cheese
Powdered sugar

Whip the cream (Be sure and chill bowl and beaters first.) Add softened cream cheese. Whip some more (blend, if you prefer). Add sifted powdered sugar to taste and blend. Add Cool Whip topping. 10-12 servings.
