FROZEN FAKE FRENCH PASTRY | |
1 lb. vanilla wafers, crushed 1/2 c. butter 1 c. powdered sugar 2 eggs 1 pt. whipping cream, whipped Make custard in double boiler using butter, eggs, and sugar. Put 1/4 of wafers in bottom of rectangular dish. Layer whipped cream, custard, whipped cream and then rest of wafers. Refrigerate or freeze. Serves 16. Easy to half. |
