2 (8 oz.) Pastene ground peeled tomatoes
2 (6 oz.) tomato paste
2 (28 oz.) cans water
3/4 c. grated Romano or Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. oregano
Salt & pepper
6 garlic & cheese sausages

Mix all the ingredients except sausage. Bring to a boil then cover; let simmer at least 4 hours. This sauce boils down so you can add more water the next time you serve it. Place sausage in microwave. Cover with wax paper. Cook on high 10 minutes. Add these to sauce.
