CRANBERRY SALAD 
1 lb. fresh cranberries
2 c. water
2 c sugar
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. lemon Jello mix
12 lg. marshmallows
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped apples

Wash fresh cranberries. Put into water and sugar, let boil for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and add Jello and marshmallows. Stir until marshmallows have melted and beings to thicken, then add nuts, celery, and apples. Pour in serving dish and refrigerate until firm.
