QUICK AND EASY FRUIT PARFAIT 
1 pound cake
2 c. vanilla pudding
1 jar of your favorite pie filling (apple, cherry, blueberry or peach)
Whipped topping
Maraschino cherries

Cube pound cake and put it in the bottom of an 8 ounce serving dish. Layer vanilla pudding on top of cake. Spread pie filling on top of pudding. Top with whipped topping and a cherry. Makes 8 servings. This can be made in a larger serving dish for double parfaits or a bowl.

For a black forrest version use chocolate cake, chocolate pudding and cherry pie filling. Other flavor pudding can also be substituted.
