RED LOBSTER BISCUITS 
2 c. buttermilk mix (Bisquick)
2/3 c. milk
2/3 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded

Preheat oven to 450°F. With a wooden spoon, stir until soft dough forms. Beat vigorously 30 seconds. Drop by spoonful onto ungreased pan.

Bake 8 to 10 minutes.

Combine 1/2 cup melted butter and 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. Brush over biscuits before removing from pan.
