CONEY SAUCE 
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
3 c. tomato juice
6 oz. Heinz catsup
1 med. onion, chopped
1 heaping tbsp. chili powder
1 heaping tbsp. celery seed
1 heaping tbsp. sugar

Put all ingredients in pan and cook on top of stove LOW HEAT for 4 hours. When done, put chili on top of hot dogs.
