STRAWBERRY PRESERVES 
4 c. strawberries
8 c. sugar
2 pkg. Sure-Jell
2 c. water

Pour sugar over berries; stir and mash. Let stand 30 minutes. Boil water with Sure-Jell. Boil for 1 minute. Pour over berries. Stir for 5 minutes and cook. Cool and put in glass containers. Freeze.
