GARDEN CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. ground beef
6 lg. potatoes, cooked and sliced
1 lg. onion, sliced thin
2 c. sliced carrots
1 c. diced celery
1 (15 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
2 c. peas
2 c. shredded cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Saute hamburger until no red shows. Put spaghetti sauce on bottom of 9x13x2 inch casserole dish (use about 1/2 jar) to cover bottom of dish. Put half of browned hamburger on top of sauce. Add in layers, sliced potatoes, onions, carrots, celery and peas. Put remaining hamburger on top, pour remaining spaghetti sauce on top. Bake at 350 degrees covered for 30 minutes, uncover and bake another 30 minutes. Put shredded cheese on top, put in oven until melted.
