GARLIC CHEESE GRITS 
1 c. grits, uncooked
4 c. water
1 stick butter
1 tsp. salt
1/2 lb. sharp cheddar cheese
1 roll garlic cheese
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Cook grits according to directions in salted water. When ready add butter, cheeses and Worcestershire sauce. Stir until butter and cheese have melted. Pour into greased casserole dish and sprinkle with paprika. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
