TATER TOT CASSEROLE 
1 lb. extra lean ground beef
1 can 98% fat-free cream of mushroom soup
1 can 98% fat-free cream of chicken soup
1 pkg. onion flavored Tater Tots
3/4 c. finely shredded Cheddar cheese
3/4 c. Kraft nonfat shredded cheese
1 onion, chopped

Preheat oven to 350°F. Brown beef and onion together. Drain well. Mix in both cans of soup. Spray Pam on a 9 x 13 pan and arrange Tater Tots in single layer. Top with beef and soup mixture. In a bowl, mix the two cheeses together. Sprinkle on top of the meat mixture.

Bake for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbling.
