EGG CUSTARD PIE 
3 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. nutmeg
2 c. milk
1 pinch of salt

Pour ingredients into saucepan cook on top of stove until hot, pour hot ingredients into unbaked pie shell. Bake on a cookie sheet for 10 minutes on 450 degrees, turn oven down to 325 degrees and cook 15 more minutes.
