DIABETIC CUPCAKES 
2 eggs
1 oz. bread (1 reg. slice)
2/3 c. Alba powder chocolate or vanilla
1 sm. banana
Dash of salt
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Put all ingredients into blender. Blend. Spray muffin pan with Pam, fill and bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Makes 10 cupcakes.
