TOMATO ASPIC 
2 c. V-8 juice
3 oz. box sugar free lemon Jello
2 tbsp. sweet pickle juice
Salt & pepper
Celery, onion & black olives

Heat 1/2 cup V-8 juice and stir in Jello, add remaining juices and pickle juice, salt and pepper. Dice onion and celery and sliced olives and add when partially thickened.
