CHICKEN BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
6 half chicken breasts, cooked
2 pkg. frozen broccoli spears, or canned or frozen green beans
1 c. American cheese, shredded
1/2 c. bread crumbs
3 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. mayonnaise (1/2 c. if preferred)
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Into 13 x 9 inch greased casserole place broccoli spears in single layer. Place chicken breasts, which have been skinned and deboned over broccoli. Chicken can be sliced if pieces are very thick. Make sauce with soup, mayonnaise and lemon juice and spoon over chicken-broccoli in casserole. Sprinkle cheese and then crumbs over next. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
