BBQ PORK CHOPS 
Pork chops
3/4 c. water
3/4 c. catsup
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 lg. onions, sliced
3 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. chili powder

Flour and salt pork chops. Place a small amount of shortening in a skillet and fry pork chops until brown. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over browned pork chops. Cook at 260 degrees to 280 degrees for 1 hour. It may be necessary to add water to mixture while it is simmering.
