GREEN BEANS VIENNESE 
20 oz. pkg. frozen green beans
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1/2 c. chicken broth
2 tbsp. snipped parsley
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. dill weed
1/2 c. sour cream

Cook green beans according to the package directions and drain. In a saucepan, cook the chopped onion in butter until tender. Stir in flour, salt and pepper. Add chicken broth, parsley, vinegar and dill weed. Cook and stir until bubbly. Stir into sour cream. Add to the drained green beans. Heat through but do not boil.
