SUPER STRAWBERRY PIE 
1 pkg. (3 oz.) Jello brand strawberry flavor gelatin
2/3 c. boiling water
1 pt. vanilla ice cream
1 3/4 c. thawed Birds Eye Cool Whip whipped topping
1 c. diced strawberries
1 Keebler butter flavored Ready-Crust brand pie crust

Or use 1 package (4 serving size) sugar free Jello brand strawberry flavor gelatin.

Dissolve gelatin completely in boiling water, stirring 3 minutes. Add ice cream by spoonfuls, stirring until melted and smooth. Blend in whipped topping; fold in fruit. Chill, if necessary, until mixture will mound. Spoon into pie crust. Chill about 3 hours or freeze until firm.
