TASTY PISTACHIO DESSERT 
45 Ritz crackers, crushed
3/4 c. melted butter
1 1/2 c. milk
2 pkg. instant pistachio pudding (3 3/4 oz.)
1 qt. vanilla ice cream
9 oz. container Cool Whip
2 lg. Heath bars, crushed

Mix crushed crackers and melted butter together and pat into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool. Beat pudding with milk, add ice cream and mix well. Pour onto the cooled crust.

Top with Cool Whip or whipped cream. Sprinkle with crushed Heath bars. Refrigerate several hours (4-6) or overnight is best.
