CREOLE GREEN BEANS 
6 slices bacon, diced
3/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 cans cut green beans, drained
1/8 tsp. dry mustard
1 can (16 oz.) whole peeled tomatoes

Cook bacon until crisp and remove from skillet. Put onion and green pepper in skillet and cook until tender. Blend in flour, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and mustard. Add tomatoes. Cook until thickened. Add drained beans! Heat. Top with bacon! Makes 6-8 servings.
