CLAM DIP 
2 cans minced clams with juice
2 1/2 c. crumbled Ritz crackers
1 stick butter, melted
2 drops lemon juice
1 tsp. finely chopped onion

Mix together and place in covered casserole. Bake 20 minutes, 350 degrees. Remove cover and cook 10 minutes more. Serve warm.
