GARDEN SQUASH 
3 lb. squash
1/4 c. onion
1 c. crushed soda crackers
Salt and pepper
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 tbsp. sugar

Boil or bake squash until tender. Remove from shell and mash. Add onion, 1/2 cup crackers, salt and pepper, eggs, 1/2 cup butter and sugar. Pour mixture into 2 quart baking dish. Mix remaining crumbs and butter and sprinkle on top. Bake at 375 degrees 1 hour.
