CRANBERRY CHUTNEY 
1 lb. cranberries
1 orange (peeled and seeded)
1 c. walnuts, chopped
1/2 lb. pkg. raisins
1 c. sugar
1 c. water

Wash cranberries, add water and sugar and cook until berries start to pop. Add rest of ingredients and cook about 15 minutes, until berries all pop.
