CREAM CHEESE DESSERT 
1 c. flour
2 1/2 c. portions walnuts, chopped
1/2 c. butter
2 1/4 c. brown sugar
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 lg. container Cool Whip
2 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
2 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 sm. container Cool Whip

Combine flour, 1/2 cup walnuts, butter and brown sugar; mix well. Press into greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Let cool.

Cream together cream cheese and powdered sugar. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread on crust. Mix pudding according to directions on package. Spread over Cool Whip mixture. Spread small Cool Whip, sprinkle with 1/2 cup nuts.
