POTATO DUMPLINGS 
4 lg. potatoes
1 egg
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. bread cubes
Pinch salt
1/8 tsp. nutmeg

Idaho are the best to use. Boil and rice. Let cool. Mix potatoes with egg, flour and bread cubes. Add salt and nutmeg. Form into balls a bit larger then golfballs or to your taste. Drop in salted boiling water for at least 15 minutes.
