DESSERT PUMPKIN 
1 sm. pumpkin (6-7 inches in diameter)
4 cooking apples, chopped
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 - 1 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
Dash ginger and cloves
1/4 c. chopped nuts
Ice cream or half and half

Heat oven 375. Clean out pumpkin, making a square cut opening. Fill center with remaining ingredients, replace top. Bake 1 1/2 - 2 hours or until pumpkin meat is tender. Scoop out filling with pumpkin meat. Serve with ice cream or half and half.
