EASTER DESSERT 
5 oz. butter
1 c. sugar
2 c. sour cream
1 c. whipping cream
1 egg
1/2 lemon, juice extracted
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. almonds, chopped fine
1/2 c. raisins, chopped

Beat the butter and sugar; add sour cream, egg, spices and whipped cream. Cover a strainer with gauze cloth and put in the above ingredients. Put the strainer in a saucepan and let stand overnight to drain.

Next day, remove the dessert from the strainer to serving plate and decorate with fruits or whipped cream.
