SPINACH SOUFFLE 
1 lb. 11 oz. can spinach
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. grated American cheeze
1 tsp. salt
3 egg replacers
4 tbsp. flour
Dash of celery salt
1/2 c. Baco chips

Drain spinach well and chop. Cook onion in small amount of water until tender. Blend in flour and seasonings. Pour in milk and cook until thick, stirring often. Add 1 cup cheeze. Mix in beaten egg replacers and spinach. Top with 1/2 cup cheeze and Bacos. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.

Note: American cheeze may be added before cheeze is chilled, or may be frozen and grated.
