TUNA AND CHEESE CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. wide noodles
1 can tuna
3/4 c. grated cheese
1 egg, beaten
Salt & pepper to taste
1 can mushroom soup
3/4 c. milk
1/4 c. cracker crumbs

Cook noodles according to package directions and place alternate layers of noodles, tuna, salt, pepper and soup in a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Shape cheese into small balls and press into tuna mixture. Mix the egg and milk and pour over tuna mixture. Cover with crumbs and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. 6 servings.
