VEGETABLE TRIO CASSEROLE | |
1 (20 oz.) bag frozen broccoli 1 (20 oz.) bag cauliflower 1 (20 oz.) bag sliced carrots 1 (16 oz.) bag Velveeta cheese slices 1 1/2 sticks butter 1 box Ritz crackers Cook vegetables until tender. Place half of vegetables in long Pyrex or Corning Ware casserole dish, approximately 9x13x2 inches. Cover vegetables with slices of cheese. Add remaining vegetables to form second layer; cover this layer with cheese slices also. Now cover with Ritz cracker crumbs. Pour melted butter over cracker crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly, approximately 20 minutes. |
