1/2 c. chicken broth 1 (14 oz.) pkg. Pictsweet vegetables for stir fry, with oriental seasoning packet, frozen 1 lb. turkey strips, ground beef or chicken breast strips Heat 1/4 cup broth in wok on medium high heat. Add vegetables, removing seasoning packet. Cover and cook until done, stirring occasionally. Transfer to bowl. Heat balance of broth, when hot, add turkey strips and cook until done, stirring frequently. Do not cover. When done, return vegetables to wok, sprinkle seasoning packet and mix to blend well, cover and heat thoroughly. Serve over rice. |
