RAILROAD PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 lg. onion
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup
1 1/4 c. water
1 (10 oz.) can whole kernel corn
1/2 c. chopped green peppers
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 box Jiffy cornbread mix

Brown beef in skillet, drain. Stir in all ingredients, except cornbread mix. Simmer for 15 minutes. Pour into 2 1/2 quart casserole dish.

Mix cornbread mix according to directions except add just a little extra milk to make thinner. Spoon over mixture in casserole dish evenly. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Serves 6.
