QUICK PIZZA CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 (14 oz.) jar pizza sauce
1 med. bell pepper, chopped (optional)
1 med. onion, chopped (optional)
1 can sliced mushrooms or 1 c. fresh
2 cans crescent rolls
2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Brown beef in skillet, stirring to crumble. Drain drippings. Spoon beef into a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Saute pepper, onion, mushrooms (if using fresh ones) in 1 tablespoon butter. Spread over ground beef. Top with pizza sauce. Add cheese. Open the crescent roll cans and lay the rolls on top of the cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 30-33 minutes.
