VEGETABLE AND RICE 
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 tbsp. ginger, finely chopped
3 shallots, chopped
3 tbsp. basic Chinese vegetable stock
1 green pepper, seeded and cut into strips
2 c. broccoli, chopped
1 c. bean sprouts
3 c. cooked brown rice
Freshly ground pepper

Stir fry garlic, ginger, and shallots in non-stick frying pan for 1 minute with 1 tablespoon of stock. Add green pepper, broccoli, and bean sprouts to frying pan and stir fry for 3 minutes with 2 tablespoons of stock. Add rice to pan and stir fry over medium heat until heated through. Season with pepper and serve hot. If you like spicy fried rice, add a diced red or green chili.
