BAKED POTATO CASSEROLE 
8 baked potatoes, cubed
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1 can milk
bacon bits
shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 stick butter, sliced
salt and pepper to taste

Mix soups and milk. Place potatoes in a large greased baking dish. Pour soup mixture over potatoes. Season with salt and pepper. Toss to coat potatoes. Put butter on top. sprinkle with cheese, completely covering. Cover and bake at 350°F until thoroughly heated and cheese is melted. Uncover, top with bacon bits, and bake an additional 5 minutes.
