GOLDEN PARTY PUFFS 
1 loaf white bread, unsliced
3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/4 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. butter
2 egg whites, beaten stiff

Trim crust from bread and cut into 3/4 inch cubes. Melt Cheddar cheese, cream cheese and butter in double boiler. Remove from heat and cool slightly. Fold in egg whites. Dip bread cubes into mixture until well coated. Place on buttered cookie sheet. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes until puffy and golden brown.
