WESTERN KABOBS 
2 lbs. boneless steak
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. ginger
2 tbsp. salad oil
1 tbsp. sugar
1 c. pineapple chunks
1 basket cherry tomatoes

Cut meat into 1 inch cubes. Combine soy sauce, ginger, salad oil and sugar. Pour over meat cubes. Allow to stand about two hours. Turn occasionally. Put meat on skewers with space between pieces and put pineapple and tomatoes on other skewers. Cook meat over hot coals, turning as it cooks. Cook skewers with pineapple and tomatoes for second half of time meat is cooking. Brush skewers of food with marinade as they cook.
