PORCUPINE BALLS 
1 egg
1 lb. chopped beef
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 sm. onion, chopped finely
4 tbsp. tomato soup
1/4 tbsp. dry mustard
1 can tomato soup
1 can water
1 or 2 tbsp. parsley
Salt and pepper to taste

Beat egg and add to all dry ingredients; make into medium size balls. Brown in frying pan, add tomato soup and water, cover and simmer 1 hour.
