BROCCOLI BENEDICT 
10 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli in cheese sauce
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
2 slices bread, toasted
2 slices cooked ham, heated
1 egg, hard-boiled, chopped

Place broccoli pouch in boiling water. Do not cover. Bring water to a second vigorous boil and heat for 18 minutes. In small bowl combine broccoli and mustard. Place toast on serving plate. Top with warm ham slice and broccoli mixture. Garnish with chopped egg.
