STUFFED GREEN PEPPERS 
8 seeded green peppers
1 sm. diced onion
1 lb. extra lean ground chuck
1 can stewing tomatoes
1 can whole kernel corn
Salt and pepper
Cracker crumbs

Boil peppers 5 minutes. Drain. Brown onion and meat. Add tomatoes, corn. Stuff peppers. Top with cracker crumbs. Stand upright in greased baking dish. Add a little water to dish, cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
