FRESH TURKEY 
20 lb. turkey
2 glasses water in roasting pan

Place turkey in pan with water. Make a tent out of foil. Roast 1 1/2 hours at 450 degrees. Uncover and baste. Lower oven to 400 degrees and bake an additional hour. If more than 20 pounds add 15 minutes for every 5 pounds. If less than 20 pounds, subtract 15 minutes.
