SPAGHETTI PIE 
1/2 lb. cooked spaghetti
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 egg
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
2 c. Ricotta cheese
1/4 c. fresh parsley, chopped
1/4 lb. thinly sliced pepperoni
4 slices Mozzarella cheese
4 c. tomatoes, chopped
2 cloves garlic minced
1 sm. onion, diced
1 green pepper, diced
Basil, oregano, salt, and pepper to taste

Combine spaghetti, butter and Parmesan cheese. Press into a 9-inch pie plate. In a small bowl combine Ricotta and parsley; spread over spaghetti. Top Ricotta with sliced pepperoni.

In saucepan saute onion, garlic, and green peppers. Add tomatoes, basil, oregano, salt and pepper and simmer until vegetables are tender. Pour over top of pie. Add Mozzarella cheese to top of pie.

Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 45 minutes or until cheese is melted and pie is heated throughout.
