SPICY TOMATO ASPIC 
2 c. V-8 juice
1 pkg. lemon or orange gelatin
1 tsp. vinegar

Heat 1 cup of V-8 juice to boiling in saucepan. Add gelatin powder, stir until dissolved. Add vinegar and remaining juice (unheated). Stir well. Pour into mold or bowl. Chill in refrigerator until set.
