CHUCKWAGON BEANS 
3 (1 lb.) cans (6 c.) baked beans in pork & molasses sauce
1 (8 oz.) can seasoned tomato sauce
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. catsup
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. salt
4 drops Tabasco sauce
6 slices Canadian style bacon

In 2 quart casserole or bean pot, combine beans, tomato sauce, onion, catsup, brown sugar and seasonings. Bury bacon in beans. Bake uncovered in slow oven (300 degrees) 3 1/2-4 hours. Toward end of cooking time, fork bacon to top. Center with drained cooked or canned onions. Makes 6 servings.
