FINGER CHEESECAKES 
16 oz. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Vanilla wafers
Foil cupcake papers
1 jar of cherry or blueberry pie filling

Mix the cream cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla until very smooth. Put vanilla wafers into cupcake papers. Fill 1/2 full with above mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool and spoon on topping. Makes 24-36 pieces.
