QUICK CHOCOLATE FROSTING 
1 1/2 oz. unsweetened chocolate
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. sifted confectioners' sugar
2 1/2 tbsp. hot milk or coffee

Stir hot coffee or milk into sugar until melted. Combine with chocolate, butter mixture which has been melted over hot water and cooled slightly. Beat with spoon or egg beater until fudgy in appearance.
